WHAT IS THE ACCOUNT FEE?

The account fee is R19.00 in South Africa, N$19.00 in Namibia and P19.00 in Botswana.

WHERE DO I PAY MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH?

If you are a South African or Namibian customer, you can pay your account at any Dunns, Ackermans, Shoe City, Refinery, Tekkie Town or John Craig store, or alternatively pay using any of the methods below:

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN’T AFFORD MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS?

If you are unable to make your monthly payment, please contact Tenacity Services at accounts@tenacityinc.co.za or call us on 0860 992 222 (SA) or +27(0)21 928 1080 (International). Alternatively you can commit to making a payment by clicking here.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?

Email Tenacity Customer Service on customerservice@tenacity.co.za. Your card will be stopped as soon as possible and you can visit any Dunns store after the national lock-down has been lifted to collect a new card.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY DUNNS CARD?

 

No, but you can apply for a supplementary card and share your account and credit limit.
